Ginataang Hipon (Shrimp in Coconut Milk) / John Allison's Toad in the Hole / Quinoa cakes

Half a cup of coconut milk for a pound of shrimp. Roughly.
Use cream instead of milk, when you can.
Devein shrimp but keep heads and shells on.
