If, like me, you need to feel the fire on a regular basis, this is a great little recipe to have in your armoury. It involves picking up some lemongrass next time you're in the supermarket/Asian shop, but these hardy sticks last for a good couple of weeks in your fridge, and can be frozen to no ill-effect as well.
